Green Goodness Recipe

Start your morning off with this flavorful fresh smoothie. This has been a family favorite for a while now. If you are a lover of ginger and its benefits, this drink is for you! It’s super easy to make and you can even freeze batches ahead of time. Some benefits include aiding digestion and cleansing the colon track. Afterwards, I feel refreshed, clean and energized.


Green Goodness Recipe

2 Servings

1 full pear + 1/2 cup pear or lemon juice  OR 1 can of unsweetened pears, juice and all

1 green apple

1 frozen banana

1 handful of spinach

7 ice cubes

1 drop of Ginger DoTerra Essential Oil

Blend well.

*Do be careful because 2 drops can be very strong. Try adding Ginger drop onto a spoon first or dipping a tooth pick in the Ginger and then swirling into the smoothie. For me, 1 drop is just the right amount.
