FootZoning is a great way to bring your body back into balance. It is most similar to European Reflexology that works the body in its entirety, working your Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual body.
In a massaging motion, I will work the body by applying pressure to certain points mapped out on the foot, working with my hands (no needles). A session with me will generally run 60mins. Some clients feel relaxed, energize, and sometimes tired after a Foot Zone. You will be doing the work, I am there to facilitate and help move energy through. Be open and kind to how the body responds to coming back into balance. Many clients have found drinking water before/after to be helpful.
